The Big Adventure begins!
It's not often you get the opportunity to take up a new adventure as part of your life. Indeed, our forthcoming tree change is something quite daunting - the purchase of 2,310 acres of farm and mountain, Uriari Mountain to be exact.
What a bizarre feeling knowing that you own a named mountain! So, at the ripe age of 53, I am going farming! 1,500 acres of grazing and cropping and the balance steep, hilly country.
